I believe in eating healthy and exercising. I eat mainly fruits and vegetables totaling to 1200 calories. I drink lots of water and green tea. I try to fit in 45 min of elliptical training 3-4 times a week and do resistance training every other day. I want to be thin and toned for myself. I hope this blog will motivate me and inspire others.
