  4. Eat mainly fruits and veggies.
  5. No eating after 8pm.
  6. Hit the gym 3-5 times per week.
  7. Ran indoor track in addition to elliptical.
  8. Bought dumbbells for strength training.
  9. Eat out less.
  10. Only order salads.
  11. Count calories.
  12. Drink water and green tea constantly.
  13. Hardly eat junk food.
  14. Skip Sunday Sundae at the dining hall.
  15. Read nutrition information at restaurants.
  16. Order Skinny Starbucks drinks.
  17. Sleep 7-9 hours.
  18. Make weight loss friends.
  19. Walk to class.

Depends on what you mean by that.

Mom: 5’2” 105 lb. Since 2004, she’s very upfront about asking me to lose weight.

Thin Friends: They love me for who I am but someday I’ll be as skinny as them. They’re my real life thinspiration, lol.
